The Loading Dock - Belmont

This restaurant has a unique vibe, combining elements of a city or European market with prepared food and dining options all in one space. While the atmosphere is somewhat unusual, the food itself is quite good and well-presented, indicating that the chef knows their craft. Unfortunately, the staff appeared to lack experience in serving, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.

During our day in Belmont, we were looking for a lunch spot and discovered the Loading Dock through Google. We chose to sit outside on the spacious terrace, where we savored both lunch and cocktails. The food was delightful, and the service was friendly. I particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. This is a place that's great to visit whether you're alone or with friends—either way, it's a pleasant experience.

Middle East is a restaurant situated in a repurposed industrial space that features both dining areas and a bar. The industrial-modern design isn’t usually my preference, but I found the dining room to be quite pleasant and inviting. The service was commendable. I ordered the Kofta plate, which came with hummus, vegetables, and greens that were all excellent. However, the hot dishes fell short of my expectations; the French fries were neither hot nor crisp, and the Kofta itself was a bit dry. Overall, it was still a nice meal. While I wouldn't say it's worth a special trip, if you're in the Belmont or Fresh Pond area, it’s definitely worth a stop.

Very high mix of various dishes for lunch and brunch. We were able to record a party of 13. The food was interesting. The atmosphere was very cold and not too cramped. It also has outdoor seating.

Beautifully designed with a nice patio. It's combo restaurant grocery store for décent medeteranian food. The ambiance and setting are great and the food is decent as well.
