LOVE ? the play place clean... huge and lots of sensory toys for children disabilities are sensory issues .. They have little tablets at some of the tables with kid friendly games... My twins ? love this View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Yesterday evening at 11:30am, the lady visited the ride thru must of be a very bad night. It was very busy and I think they were short. You can hear it in her voice that she tried so hard to stay friendly. But she was super stressed. I really felt bad for her. I need to hire more people to help her. View all feedback.
It’s amazing how most McDonald’s seem to get our order right, except the two stores in Shelby NC. My wife usually arranges a quarter pound of hamburger with only mustard; no cheese, no pickles, ketchup or onions... only meat.Mustard and rolls. Looks just! The store we visited today was in Belmont. You did it right and the burgers and pumice were hot fresh. Take a lesson from this store Shelby! I don't know.
Happy food is always #1 with the children. My Carmel cold coffee was a little too watery.
Been coming here for years but as far as TODAY THEY LOST A FEW CUSTOMERS. go through a drive through and waiting is no problem but when your food is cold and you take it inside just to get more colf double cheese burgers and instead of the manager excepting the request for a refund he hands off another set and this time not ONLY cold but mustard was NOT supposed to be on certain ones due to allergies. This happened during lunch rush! Photos POSTED

Very clean interior with plenty of seating and curtious staff. Great play place also if you are looking for a quick bite and have the kids.
