I just moved back to Belmont and I was afraid of this dunkin. I never really leave reviews. ive is now withdrawn and this dunkin has taken a good turn. the guys there are always gentlemen and usually fast it is not often I come here and there is a long line. I recently moved back to Belmont and was a bit hesitant about this Dunkin'. I don’t usually write reviews, but I've become a regular here, and I'm happy to say that this Dunkin' has improved a lot. The staff are always polite and efficient; it’s rare for me to encounter a long line. I order the same two coffees every day, and they recognize my pink car, which is nice! They usually get my order right. The young men working here show great respect and good manners, which makes a big difference. Overall, they’ve really turned things around!
The customer service was good, and despite the small size of the location, we didn't have to wait long for our orders. Overall, it was a decent experience.
