I've never had anything from here bad until today. The fries weren't done and I think they gave me a drink that had been sitting out because the ice was melted no more carbonation. Awful experience. I won't be back to this location for a while. View all feedback.
What Fg74hb doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I was disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. The food was not good as I ordered the number 2 deluxe and the chicken was not crispy as it should have been. The fries were cold and soft. This definitely was not up to the standards of a typical Chick-fil-A. I was surprised that more people do not seem to have noticed. View all feedback.
Pretty decent attitude from the drive through window. Wouldn't confirm my order and I consistently get the wrong food here.My advice, Just drive to the other Chic fil a down the street. Totally not worth the stress
Poor quality control and the customer service here pales in comparison to the Park St. location. We've ordered from here dozens of times now and something about the order is wrong each time. The other night we asked for a market salad and two southwest salads and none of them came with chicken. Clearly it was keyed in wrong by an employee but the manager told us we ordered it wrong. Tonight we asked for spicy chicken sandwich but got regular chicken instead and wn order of fries that we didn't ask for.
The Original Chick-fil-A in Belmont. Very fast drive thru, and courteous staff. It has an inside playground, pre-covid, I don't know how fun it is, since I ma too big to fit in the tube.
I’m telling you, the chicken soup my husband brought home for me tonight was RANCID? I have had several bad experiences that I chalked up to being a new location, but there are some issues that keep reoccurring that really need to get fixed (order wrong, long wait times, employees acting overly goofy, etc). I refuse to go back to this location any time soon and will be driving the extra 8 minutes over to Park St where they get it right!
Good when not slow. Sometimes takes 10-30 minutes to get an order. No napkins out so you have to wait in line and then ask for them. Tell your employees to get off their phones and then they’ll have time to put actual napkins and condiments out for customers… Why is this even an issue?
