We absolutely loved this place . The food was outstanding ! I mean very outstanding so we went back the next night . The waitress was awesome . Most of all the manager Kim was exceptional!!! She?s the best we love her and will make this place ourspot every year
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Coconut Shrimp Spring Salad at Mr. Shrimp in Belmar, and it was truly delightful. The salad featured fresh shrimp, cucumber, tomato, slices of golden delicious apple, sundried cranberries, and honey-roasted walnuts, all served on a bed of spring mix greens and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. It was both satisfying and packed with flavor, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant is conveniently located just five minutes from the beach, making it an ideal stop for a meal. Just be sure to make a reservation in advance, as it can get quite busy!
I truly love the seafood fra diavolo at this restaurant. It has just the right level of spice, and the fresh seafood never fails to impress me. Their cocktail sauce is my favorite. I can't help but order their peel-and-eat shrimp every time. The chocolate mousse cake is also incredibly good. Plus, they offer a fantastic kids' menu.
My daughter and I dined at the restaurant on Sunday, September 11, 2022, where we were warmly greeted by Colin, who had a fantastic smile. Flo was our server and provided exceptional service throughout our meal. We started with oysters on the half shell, and for the main course, we had swordfish, which my 10-year-old daughter absolutely adored. I opted for the seared scallops, which were cooked to perfection. The chefs did an amazing job, and even the manager stopped by to make sure everything was just right.
