This place is under new management but it's all the same. I've been to plenty of Carvels and none have smelled except for this one. It's a very strange and unpleasant odor. They always run out of toppings for the sundae dashers. But often you don't know that until they start your order. The people working the counter were nice but didn't seem to be trained. Great service and fantastic staff. My favorite Carvel in the neighborhood. Always generous portions.
The non dairy Oatly ice cream is awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well!
