Ordered bone- in 15 pcs. and got my kids chicken tenders. Fries came out cold all the way thru When asked for new fries, they took our old ones and just put them back into the fryer. Chicken tenders were cooked fresh Wings came out burnt ends, meat warm, and bone cold, like it had been seating in a warmer. Save your money, 7-11 has better wings than this location. Fast food places are racist. Every employee in there was Hispanic the manager couldn't speak English they weren't calling out the names when they put the orders on the shelf I probably waited an extra 15 minutes because they can't do their job properly Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Service was horrible. Ordered online and showed up 10 minutes past the quoted time (16-25 minutes). I gave them 35 minutes. When I got there they hadn’t started my order and said it takes 40-50 minutes? When I question the wait time the young guy working just laughed about it.
