Asked about flavors and was never told could have everything plain if I wanted. Asked for the classic no flavor on wings but received mild, still too hot for wife. Did not ask for flavored fries but received something with some kind of flavor, did not like. Chicken tenders were fine, but will not be going back. Cashier acted as if she was doing you a favor just to answer your questions. Too many other choices to put up with that. Did not know about issues til got home, was not going back to complain, too hot, too far.

Showed up 30 minutes later and was told someone else picked up the order and hour before we got there????? Strongly believe the order was nevermade or just given away. Then we were told they couldn't even begin to remake it unless Door dash reissued a ticket. Even knowing what we ordered they wouldn't at least start on the food so we wouldn't have been there for 1hr+. Extremely disappointed. This all could have been avoided if they were actually checking conformation from who ever is picking up the order but they're not they're just handing it to whoever walks up. Service: 1
