they never respond to the call for an order and if they answer, ask them, please wait before they can even say anything, that is ridiculous. I even hanged up to try it again and again and no one has picked up over 15 minutes! View all feedback.
First time there. Asked about flavors and was never told could have everything plain if I wanted. Asked for the classic no flavor on wings but received mild, still too hot for wife. Did not ask for flavored fries but received something with some kind of flavor, did not like. Chicken tenders were fine, but will not be going back. Cashier acted as if she was doing you a favor just to answer your questions. Too many other choices to put up with that. Did not know about issues til got home, was not going back to complain, too hot, too far.
It was horrible. It took almost 45mintues for our order. It was 3 of us. Several dashers , officers and other people who came in after us received their order first. Ordered bone- in 15 pcs. and got my kids chicken tenders. Fries came out cold all the way thru When asked for new fries, they took our old ones and just put them back into the fryer. Chicken tenders were cooked fresh Wings came out burnt ends, meat warm, and bone cold, like it had been seating in a warmer. Save your money, 7-11 has better wings than this location.
