I left a negative review for this pizzeria because they mistakenly made me a takeout pizza with an incorrect ingredient. The owner had responded to the review, but I hadn't even read it. The fact is, I keep coming back to this pizzeria. I keep coming back because, in fact, you leave a negative review right away, but then you think about it, and mistakes can happen on a Saturday night when you're absolutely overwhelmed. I keep coming back mostly because the pizza is amazing, the ingredients are excellent, and the quality of the product is top-notch. And to my surprise, nothing happens when I return. I recognize myself, and they tell me they'll offer me the pizza because the owner had responded to my review and wanted to apologize for his distraction the last time. What can I say? Congratulations on the kind and unexpected gesture. Congratulations on the love you put into your work, and congratulations on the care you have for your customers. The product is always top-quality, thank you. Recommended.
