It used to be one of the best McDonald's in Ticino, now it's absolute rubbish. Unpleasant smells on floor -1, something is always missing from the orders or orders are wrong, very slow service, rude staff and poor cleanliness at the tables. Not to mention that it is always difficult to find a place at the table and parking.
Nice and clean place, good food and excellent staff, unfortunately there are sometimes families with children who make an impressive mess but it doesn't depend on the restaurant.
Mac drive very slow!!!!! Terrible! Not recommended for those in a hurry!
