A nice place and quality cuisine. The only flaw was during a game dinner. The saddle of roe deer was not shown, but rather brought from the kitchen already cut and contained in a large container covered in aluminum foil, which was decidedly unappealing. Seldom eaten in the Swiss :) here is cooked from leib and soul and hosted. at the map you have the quality of the choice. the hosting comes from heart. reservation very recommended. brings time and hunger with and the evening will be culinary and human.I cannot understand the evaluation at the price. with chf 100 you will be entertained throughout the evening, has 3 to 4 courses, sufficient wein (unconditionally ask for local, they are surprise good) and espresso (which costs for example chf 2 - where is that still in the Swiss!?) the ingredients are honest and the food homemade. the price-performance ratio is really more than fair here. go and go!
We started with a salad of fresh artichoke hearts and a lukewarm eggplant carpaccio with Tomatoes and Sprinkled with soft local goatcheese. Followed by amazing boarcutlets. A Brunello di Montalcino to accompany it. The husband creating lovely dieshes in the kitchen while the wife tells you all the Menu without a card. The price was moderate for the impressive quality of what we got. Visit- to be repeated!
