She didn’t have to do that, but she did, and... read more The owner was working at the shop today, and she took the time to listen to my story and what I was going through. She didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I appreciated it deeply. I shared my feelings with her and expressed how much I value her team. Coffee truly is one of the best things in life because it brings people together. The staff goes beyond simply serving coffee; they make you feel important with thoughtful questions like “How is your day going?” or “Have a great day, see you soon?” This personal touch can really make a difference in one’s day and in how we see ourselves. The owner genuinely wanted to understand me, to make me feel valued, and to reassure me that things would be okay. Every time I place an order, I feel like they’re not just doing their jobs; they’re making a positive impact in the community. If you visit, I promise it’s worth it. The coffee is incredible and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is the sweetest person. She deserves to have a larger location to spread her kindness. Thank you, Bean Stop staff, for reminding me that everything will be okay and for providing the delicious coffee that helps me stay strong as a mom while making me feel valued. The service was fantastic as well. The prices are lower compared to other places, which makes this my new favorite drive-thru coffee spot!
