We were visiting and used OpenTable to find a place for lunch. This restaurant was in a Hoilday Inn Express, and the place is equal to an IHOP or Dennys. We would have been fine but the server went home midway through our experience and didn't say anything. The food was not entered and it was a mess. I think the guy that tried to take over the mess wa the bartender and he was super embarrassed by what was happening. The food was heat and serve, there was almost no staff and we certainly should have gone to another restaurant.
Stayed at the hotel and saw high marks on open table a decided to try.
First time at the restaurant, overall very good dining experience. We will definitely be back, and would recommend. Went on Valentines evening, and the lobster and Prawn dinner special was very good. Impressed with quality of the food, kudos to the chef on duty. Also, the seafood chowder was really good!
Our server (sorry, her name I forgot) was so great! She was doing it all by herself.... bartender, server, clearing tables, etc. and still had a smile on her face and was so willing to help and please. You don't see much of that nowadays, so kudos toher!!
Not going to lie, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. It was so nice we went twice! I am genuinely sorry for that rhyme. The food and service was excellent. A slight wait time for the food but that's been everywherelately so not a problem, also means it's not sitting on a hot plate. The quality of the pizza was my second favorite thing aboutthe place. 10/10 I highly recommend, and will return.
