Señor Lopez Mexican - Bellingham

The only thing good was the presentation of the food.We ordered different plates and they were all tasteless.The tables were wobbly and they said they were going to fix it before we sat down but didn't.

I wanted to write a decent review about this place because I did enjoy my mezcal margarita. But, my experience was not pleasant at all. For the past four years I’ve tried a New Mexican restaurant on my birthday and this year I decided to try Senor Lopez. The first waitress that greeted me was not welcoming at all. She even took my ID and asked me to verify my address as if I was giving her a fake ID. After this I was about to leave and try another restaurant. But, I started drinking my margarita and decided to stay. The food was OK. Nothing to return to and this is the very first Mexican restaurant I went to where they didn’t offer you anything for your birthday. Really wish I would have tried a different spot. I 100% regret spending my birthday alone here. Oh, and the first waitress stopped coming to my table and avoided me like the plague but was assisting guests right beside me. She made me very uncomfortable. But, the second waitress was pretty nice.

Great Mexican restaurant! My favorite in the city! Great atmosphere, service, and food.

We had lunch here today. First time ever. Absolutely mind-blowing food. We ordered the ceviche as an appie and the Chile rellano/ chimichanga platter with shredded beef inside the chimi. The beef was so juicy and cooked to perfection. The portions are huge. The beans and rice had beautiful flavors. The presentation was very nice and the restaurant was beautiful inside and very CLEAN. Our server was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. The best Mexican food I've had im a very long time!! The table next to us ordered the tortilla soup, and it also looked incredible!

Came here for a work party had the whole lower level reserved. Christmas decore all around tables decorated, buffet style accommodations with drink tickets per guest. This place was great for this function. The chicken enchiladas were my favorite, guacamole was delicious too!Parking: Street metered parking available FREE Mon-Sat after 6pm
