Was Maya Martin at Quantum Leaf a mag?
I had the Poké bowl with Zeastar Tuna, brown rice, cabbage, Kimchi, avocado and spicy Mayo. I enjoyed it. I also had a Lime Ginger Fizz and a chocolate cannon with a chocolate chocolate chocolate cream. Very delicious. Updated by previous review on 2022-08-28 View all feedback.

On March 26, 2022, I had dinner at Quantum Leaf (quantumleafbham) at 7PM. I decided to dine at this newly opened restaurant because it is owned by the same people behind SconeGrown, my favorite place in the city for delicious vegan baked goods. I love everything they create, from scones to drinks. I started with a strawberry-rose mocktail, which was beautiful and refreshing. I also enjoyed a bright and sunny ginger beer, a non-alcoholic drink that was perfect for the evening. The poke bowl was fantastic, with a texture that closely resembled real tuna. The veggie roll and miso soup were amazing, with a unique coconut taste that was refreshing. The miso soup was warm and comforting, especially on a cold day. I look forward to trying more dishes from the menu in the future, especially as the weather gets warmer. Plus, Helga loves her new hat!
This restaurant in Birmingham serves some of the best vegan dishes. Their sushi is especially amazing!

I absolutely adore this restaurant, especially their sushi and bowls. The hummus was out of this world - some of the best I've ever had!
