I'm not sure what's happening, but the customer service here has really dropped off. I visit this place frequently, and I've noticed that the prices are never consistent. As someone else mentioned, each cashier seems to charge whatever they feel like, which is quite strange. Is it possible that the cashiers are pocketing extra money for themselves?
