Hyde Bellingen

Laid back, a little bohemia, a little bit exe, but a nice place to watch the world go by, when it's flooding it down outside.

Hyde is a quirky and comfortable coffee shop which has a good range of cakes as well. It generally has a nice atmosphere and good vibe and was busy on the day we visited.The presence of other products for sale was a funny mix including clothes and cushions and also a florist which added to the atmosphere. Not sure if I was taken by this addition as it didn't seem relevant to what I would be looking for whilst having coffee.Service was efficient and pleasant. Would recommend as coffee stop.

Charming place for a great coffee and I couldn't resist a freshly baked Raspberry and white chocolate muffin too. The coffee was robust and not bitter the muffin deliciously moist. The young women at the counter efficient and friendly. It's surprising they don't serve food apart from cake here because it's a large beautiful space but what they do they do well so isn't that nice:)We will be back for coffee and a friendly chat with the delightful owner lady who loves flowers as much as me.

Staff polite and friendly, atmosphere was great, food and coffee was delicious. Lovely local goods also for sale. Went back several times over a couple of days. Handy position right in the middle of town.

Really great food and had a lovely pot of tea and cakes are so good and flavoursome!! We always pay them a visit whilst in Bellingen on holidays. Also they have beautiful clothes you can browse their other goods for sale as well whilst you are enjoying the relaxing venue for a chat and some lunch or that special treat with their cakes and a cuppa with friends and family. Staff very friendly.
