Hearthfire in bellingen is a solid bakery—food’s great, bread’s always fresh and the croissants hit just right. coffee in the morning is on point too. super popular spot, tucked away off the main road which makes it feel a bit more chill. defs worth a stop.
Hidden in a street next to the federal hotel, this is a good sound. would not be the same without him. excellent sourded and baked and a great atmosphere to immerse.
Very popular Coffee is pretty average (quality of beans) Almond croissant is a lot of dough (dough to fill ratio is off-too doughy) Makeup of the sausage roll is very nice but about 5x too much thyme.
