R B's Pizza Place - Bellevue

I’ve been eating at this pizza place since I was 8, I remember only ever wanting pizza from this place because it was just so good and the ranch was to die for, what I loved even more were the friendly delivery men. However I recently decided to order a large pepperoni pizza since it’s been over a year. Let me tell you I’m absolutely disgusting and devastated. This pizza use to be some of the best in town and each pizza pie was crafted with love and hard work. This pizza that I received? I’d rather chew and swallow glass. The dough was soggy, the cheese was melted however not cooked and there were just chunks of pepperoni thrown in one place leaving all the other slices raw. It looks like a lazy and drunk preschooler made this in art class and then charged me $25. I’m not sure if there’s a new chef, or new management, but there’s clearly a lack of care to the customers and for the reputation. It’s pretty embarrassing to own a business and then not work towards maintaining a positive reputation, no wonder your customer retention rate is plummeting.

Took a chance ordering here for the first time. absolutely NEVER again. I ordered via doordash at 6:30 order didn 't arrive til 7:30. hoagie was made wrong. I ordered a half steak hoagie, extra meat with lettuce and tomato. a sopping wet italian dressing dripping steak hoagie was delivered with almost no steak visible on the sandwich. I mean the hoagie was DOUSED in italian and wet to the touch. there were even artichokes on the hoagie??? I called to complain and ask for it to be remade correctly. they offered a credit or to send another. I asked for another if it wouldn 't take another hour. the woman raised her voice and said it 's not them it 's doordash. I said you fulfill the orders!? she screamed it 's doordash. we can 't control meaning they don 't put those orders in the queue till whenever they want. and they don 't even use doordash they use their own delivery drivers. the order showed it was still being made when their driver showed up. I have not received my refund like I asked. when she began yelling I hung up. if I don 't get my refund from doordash I will charge back the amount on my credit card. see photo, the steak is a paper thin layer under the cheese. not extra meat in the slightest. I will make sure people know to stay FAR AWAY.

I ordered a calzone with extra ricotta and paid extra because I believe ricotta is what defines a calzone for me. However, the calzone arrived with more mozzarella than ricotta and appeared to have extra meat added, which was not what I wanted. I have been a customer for years, but in the last 9 months, the quality of the food has declined. I used to order salads, but decided to give the calzone another try and was once again disappointed. I have decided to stop ordering from this restaurant completely.

I love R&B's for their amazing food. The staff is friendly and it's a peaceful atmosphere while waiting for your order. There's no option for dining in, but the food is absolutely delicious. This is my favorite spot for pizza. I highly recommend it.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and is always delivered in a timely manner, with the food still hot. I have ordered from them multiple times and have never been disappointed.
