Just okay. Beautiful space and the pastries were being baked when we arrived. We ordered a turmeric latte, rose water latte and iced latte. The rose water latte was actually, really bad. I don?t know if there was too much rose water, but I was disappointed. My turmeric latte was okay. The coffee is really bad here when I visited. I had never managed to make such a terrible latte myself. I imagine this could be a combination of not descaling after a long time, stale and low quality coffee beans, over roasting and over extraction. Usually it is very very difficult to be the worst coffee shop in the block when starbucks is right next to you, but here we go. The quality of the coffee I had was comparable to the really bad free coffee from microsoft in the building across the street (if not even worse). As I type this review, I am still confused about how a human is capable of pulling such a terrible shot of espresso. It 's almost a dishonor to the word coffee, rather than honor . good luck to those who insist on visiting.
Their teas and asian pastries are delicious! Seatings are comfy with cushioned chairs and sofas, and the vibe is so calm and quiet, tucked away in a little corner with trees and shades outside. When I ordered a tea, the guy at the counter gave me suggestions on what might be better and catered the sweetness to my taste. This place feels like a neighborhood gem One note for the management: I think it would be so, so much nicer if your music streaming service didn 't have so many ads : ' I know it 's an added cost for a small biz but it feels really distracting disruptive to the nice vibe of the cafe!
New owner must be Asian as they added asian style bakery goods. The coffee is still good and the quiet space in the middle of Bellevue downtown is precious.

Rose water latte was so bad I had to throw it away. This is the first time I had to throw away a latte since it was so bad. I think the rose water proportion was too high. Very good ambience and lively atmosphere. Would like to give this place another try.
