Eques - Bellevue
Eques
Description
Tucked near Bellevue’s shopping and hotel district, this polished brunch spot delivers a reliably excellent, if pricey, breakfast experience. Highlights include inventive tiramisu pancakes, cedar-plank salmon, a buffet and Bloody Mary bar, plus health-forward choices like yogurt bowls and customizable omelettes. Attentive, consistent service makes it a favorite for hotel guests and locals. Small misses—a sometimes bland duck dish and higher prices—don’t overshadow an overall worth-the-splurge menu.
Feedback
Had the duck duck waffle. I liked the waffle very much, but personally I didn’t enjoy the duck leg that much it seemed a little flavorless to me. The service was great. Can be a little pricey.
I visited Bellevue again and decided to try this restaurant because the pictures looked appealing and it was conveniently located near the shopping center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We ordered the beef hash and the tiramisu pancakes, both of which were fantastic. It seems that pancakes are a favorite among many other patrons as well.
I won’t say they are crazy good but yes, it’s better than average but also the price is kinda expensive. :p Other than it, it just kinda normal. But it’s nice area so I wish they can do a little bit better tbh.
