What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
the staff here is not very friendly, they drive through always short staff. they should be happy and thank the customer who does not drive another customer before them while someone his coffee. that is not very good customer service skills. they do not disapprove the customers to pay in front of them: do they have a nice day maybe a smile? without their paying customers, they wouldn't have a paycheck. Traffic gets snarled pretty bad the way the drive thru is set up, but the staff are friendly and efficient.

A little slow, but was perfect as I had time to waste as the valentine next door did not open until ten
Nice clean environment, friendly people, and great service. Little slow with in store orders,but an over all good experience
It's a standard Timmies in small town Eastern Ontario.You need a key to use the bathroom, and the drive-through was designed by someone who drives a smart car.
