What M B doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Slowest. The absolute slowest. 5 to 10 minutes per order regardless of complication. Almost too painful to watch it unfold. Hope nobody orders a sandwich the whole place will implode.One older lady working feverishly away while her Co workers do-di-doo away their time at a snails pace. Poor lady. View all feedback.

The girl at the counter was really disrespectful.She seemed so uninterested. Her name was Harbal. Firstly she didn't even greet or welcome us. She won't answer our questions and simply kept on nodding. After our order,One straw fell on the floor and she didn't bother to pick it up leaving it to us. When we asked for another one, she threw another straw at us. Won't recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.
The girl who took my order today (october 12th around 5:50pm) was really rude to me and my friend. I ordered a drink and when she gave it to me she dropped the straw and did not think about giving another one. When I asked for another straw she just threw one at me. I noted her name and it is HARBAAL. The worst experience I have ever got from any food chain. Will never be visiting the tim at quinte mall.
