we order the quarter chicken dinner for take out was ready in about 5 minutes or so the food was very good we each had a very large chicken breast the only problem and I did not find this out until we were in our room we did not get the chocolate bar they were advertising on tv unless this was only given to guests who used the dining room servicen breast View all feedback.

My hubby Loves Swiss chalet, me not so much! My husband has been going to various restaurants for EVER. I personally do not like it. I "hate" the sauce. my hubby LOVES it!!!! All a matter of personal taste. I tend to find the meals way overcooked . My husband thinks they are perfect. Not my idea of even everyday dining......but it is on my hubby's top of the list View all feedback.
The inability of management at this particular location is amazing. at the scheduled pick-up time (over an hour from the order) to say that the orders have not even been dropped and would be at least 40 minutes longer. if customers were asked if the orders were actually available in 40 minutes, it was made clear that the orders would be 40 minutes at a minimum, probably longer. waited while many more customers came to get orders just to say the same. almost every customer has canceled his order and left. this is a common problem at this place. how management after years of problems on this site has not been replaced, is almost incredible!
I ordered swiss chalet for the first time online. I chose the pickup option for the buzzing, because my wife picked them up with our two young children, so it seemed comfortable. I ordered the food at 2:15 o'clock with a pick-up time of 3 o'clock. my wife waited an hour to park. when we finally got the text that someone will be the same with their order, it was 15:55. no one came to get the kids out of the car seats and go in. After an hour we finally wait for our food and it was freezing. I love swiss chalet, but this system is terrible. waiting in a car with children over an hour does not make fun, especially if they are hungry. I will never order swiss chalet online again. apparently swiss chalet does not react if they make a Google review. this is the answer I have received. dear greg, we apologise sincerely for their recent experience, and we appreciate them taking the time to return to us. to help them further, can they please us the reference number of our team under their Google review? we look forward to hearing her. annika swiss chaletguest experience centre
Absolutely horrible experience.Feb 14 – at 5.24 my online order had been processed and my confirmation indicated it would be ready at 5:54. Shortly after my online order was processed, I received a call from Swiss Chalet that the Belleville location was completely out of ribs, so I modified my order, and I received my second email confirmation at 5:37 I was told the pick-up time would still be the same. This order was for curbside pick-up.Arrived and checked in at 5:55 and waited. There were several people waiting in their vehicles as well but very few staff were seen delivering meals. At 6:41 I called the store to follow up and was told it would be ready soon.Called again at 7:10 and was told they were waiting for the chicken to cook and didn’t know how long it would take but hopefully soon.During this all this time, I was approached by three different staff members delivering meals asking if the order they had was for me – none were of course, but this leads me to believe that the staff members were not given the check in info (vehicle type, male, license At this point there were only a handful of people left waiting in the parking lot waiting for food. Finally, at 7:39 I called again as the store would be closed in twenty minutes – the story this time was that the chicken was ready but just waiting for the sides.So, at 7:50, my order was delivered to my vehicle, almost 2 ½ after I ordered it.This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location, but it will be my last.
I placed an order online for pick up from the restaurant. The food was supposed to be ready for 5:30pm, but when I got there it wasn't ready and was told to wait in my car and they would bring it out. I had no problem with this, and waited. After about 15 minutes someone walked out and said they couldn't read my order and that my food wasn't ready. After a full 40 minutes of waiting my food was dropped off at my car. No mention or apology for the wait time. When I got home the order was missing condiments. The fries in both orders were less than half full. My gravy was also shoved directly into my mashed potatoes. Each experience I've had at this location has been poor and is only getting worse. I completely understand that things happen and it's fast food, but it's important to communicate with your customers. I would of called the restaurant directly or used the survey on the receipt, except I didn't get one. There was a hand written list of my items taped to the bag. Overall a very poor experience, and no accountability. I understand that $32 for a meal isn't fine dining, but I still expect more than this.
Ordered from here multiple times, not once have they gotten everything for my order. Ordered the festive special and all i got was the chicken and fries, when i called they just tried to give me a $10 coupon.
