What Ryann D doesn't like about Swiss Chalet:
We were informed when we got there (at open) that the kitchen had a huge order to prep so we would have about a 20 min wait. We ended up waiting like 45 mins which sucked but we understood! Felt bad for the servers because there were a few tables of grumpy elderly people who were told about the wait, agreed to wait, but were mad about waiting. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
