excellent knowledge of gluten-free and cross-contamination protocols. as soon as I asked about gluten-free options, she went through the lists of cross-contamination protocols and mentioned that she was eating her own. very impressed by the service and the food was delicious! View all feedback.
Since being diagnosed celiac, we have turned to Real Burger for our burger craving moments, and they do not disappoint. You can order almost any item GF they use GF buns when prepping your order. With the Philly Cheesesteak (a family fave), they use a GF burger bun but they put all the meat and cheese that doesnt fit, on the side love it! The sauce used in the Philly Cheesesteak has a cross contamination warning, so they always mention this and ask if you would prefer another sauce. They are very cautious. Weve never been glutened. We felt confident starting to order from here because we learned they have at least a couple dozen celiac customers. Totally trustworthy.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was great, the poutine was great and the sweet potato fries were the best! Worth a trip out.
Great owner. Never a reaction after eating GF burger. I just get lettuce as bun.
I called to confirm before ordering and was assured all burgers are gf and they have a separate fryer. My meal came out in a separate bag that was labelled GF
Servers are very knowledgeable. So happy to be able to eat burgers, poutine, and wings again! All delicious, all prepped/cooked separately. Great portion sizes, great taste. Always feel safe, and never been sick. So happy I found this spot and that its close by. I have eaten here numerous times and they have been so accommodating each time. Ive never been sick, and its comforting to know I can go there and not stress. This location offers mini ice cream cones after meals. I usually decline (too full and obviously cant eat an ice cream cone! . But once I told a server that I was celiac, and politely declined. She came back with the ice cream in a small, disposable dish. She said she had opened a new container for me, with a new spoon, and checked the ice cream ingredients! I couldnt believe it!
