I c... read more My family visits KFC once a week. Recently, we discovered some questionable items in our order, such as unidentifiable squares and overcooked chicken wings. I contacted the manager to express my concerns, and he was very understanding. He offered to replace my order, which I appreciated. Although I am unsure if we will continue to dine there, the manager was polite and handled the situation well. Overall, my interaction with the manager was positive.

Small and greasy pieces the last time I visited, so it's been months since I tried it. This time they wouldn't accept cash so I drove away.
