We have eaten from this restaurant many times in the 15+ years living here. The last time was May 2015. This is the review for this. May 2015 repeated the same issue we had in November 2010 - smokey burnt flavored chicken from here. First time they replaced the food and we drove back into town. Claimed it was a burned out fryer. Second time happened in May 2015. This time we didn't bother to call in - wasn't quite as bad as the previous one. Now we are avoiding this restaurant. We have never had this happen at any other KFC we have ever got food from.
I always love deep-fried chicken and french fries. Greasy yes, but the skin tastes great and is a great treat for take-out special occasions. I love the coleslaw salad....just perfect and I compare all others to it.
We have brought home food from the one on N Front several times with an overcooked or smokey flavor. Once order was replaced. Second time just not worth going back for. Several times have had undercooked as well. Really beginning to turn me off this product.
Service was super fast, loved this location which was very close to highway.
Very bad customer service. Gaurav took my oder at front was very rude and did not listen my oder properly. He messed up with my oder. And i also saw him abusing the skip drivers
