I had coffee black can't go wrong, friend had tea she was happy. We ordered a few desserts to share unfortunately they must have been sitting there a while, they looked pretty but were dry and unappetizing. What a waste of calories.......... View all feedback.
This restaurant is a popular spot for breakfast. The menu options are limited to just bacon or peameal bacon for the classic breakfast, but the food is consistently good. In the summer, there is a terrace available for dining. The restaurant has a convenient location in the city.

As a wedding officiate I meet with my clients a couple times before their wedding and a location like Cafe E fits the bill! Close and comfy, good drinks and food but it can be busy (but that's a good sign!). It isn't so loud that my clients and I have difficulty conversing which is a huge plus!
My co-worker and I went there for our one hour lunch. There were only two other people in there when we got there. We both ordered a sandwich and salad. 45 minutes later, we still had no food and the place was packed with people all waiting for food. The waitress apologized and stated that the person making sandwiches was being slow. We waited another 10 minutes, had to have our food packed up to eat it at the office. When we got back to the office, my co-worker discovered that they gave her a half sandwich when she had paid for a full sandwich. The food was mediocre. It was my only visit there and I will not be back.
