This Whits Castle is dependable and staffed well when other chains are still not. Employees are not only professional but courteous, and genuinely pleasant. My orders are usually large and they’re always correct, fresh, with all the condiments I’ve requested. I’ll always be back View all feedback.

ordered chain coupling. 2 cars in the car thru lasted 30 min. whomever took my order was rude and could hardly understand him. just like any almost food place in belleville is ratchet af. View all feedback.
Bad customer service, waited for 30 minutes to eat, they forgot the order, I was with phone calls while waiting, not compt. poor excuse.

The worker was slow, the order was wrong or was part of it. there was a woman who helped a lot, she ended what the person who had messed up the job was very nice
Went there at 2pm. They said they were doing a shift change and we’re not taking orders during that. They didn’t state how long that would take either. Very disappointing. Never ran into a business before that couldn’t still operate during a shift change.
Ordered through the drive thru at 6:15am. Was dark out, but they forgot to turn on sign for menu. Ordered the breakfast sandwich. Used to be an egg sandwich on toast, what I got was a slider. Worst part, I bit down into a piece of plastic. So disgusting! Sandwich tasted of old grease, not sure if the oil they use to fry the eggs needs changed. The girl at the window was pleasant.
