If you had a less-than-pleasant experience before, we invite you to give the restaurant another chance and check out the improvements that have been implemented.

I dined at a restaurant on Carlyle Ave in Belleville, Illinois on a Saturday night around 5:30 pm. I spent $15 and requested dipping sauce, but the teenage staf... read more I dined at a restaurant on Carlyle Ave in Belleville, Illinois on a Saturday night around 5:30 pm. I spent $15 and requested dipping sauce, but the teenage staff ignored my request for the third time. I don't understand what the issue is with the employees there; they seem to treat dipping sauces like they're coming out of their own pockets. It might be time for them to hire people who are more committed to doing their jobs properly. The management really needs to work on their customer service and improve their staffing. It was frustrating to be overlooked, and I hope they can enhance their drive-thru service in the future.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, I was missing a drink and a piece of chicken. I went back through the drive-thru, and they apologized and provided me with the missing items. However, when I got home and started eating, I discovered that all the drinks tasted like plain carbonated water with no flavor. Despite these problems, the chicken was still delicious.
