I've been getting pick up orders from them for a long while. They are always extremely kind and personable. It never takes long for my order to be ready, usually 15-20 minutes. Ordered basic general tso lunch special. Asked for it to be level 10 spicy and was given level 0. Tso chicken was soggy for whatever reason and the whole meal was bland. to top it all off, ended up with the runs after eating it.
