The girl working the drive through on November 11th (Veteran 's Day) at noon needs a serious attitude check! I 've never been so appalled at someone 's attitude towards a customer in my life. I pulled up in the drive through with my veteran father and shetold me I could not place an order because the right lane was not open, but the left lane was open. I didn 't know it wasn 'topen, because there was a giant green light above the lane that said OPEN so I figured open meant open. So along with fixingyour staff 's attitude, fix your drive through sign. Most people would think open means open in my experience. And if it wasa misunderstanding, a simple Hey this lane isn 't actually open, but I 'll take your order really quick anyway would have beenso much easier on everyone. I 'll never forget this experience and I will never return to another Chik-fil-A. Absolutely zerorespect for veterans.
This Chick-fil-A is one of the best! They always serve my food fresh when I ask for it! This is my favorite spot to go to. They truly value their customers' requests.
We waited an hour in line the people behind us got food before us we asked for chicken nuggets with ranch and they just gave us a bag of ranch never had such a bad exceperiance anywhere in my whole life of going through a drive threw
We pulled into the restaurant and noticed that the "Open" sign was displayed, so we joined the line. There was also an open lane to the left with one car ahead of us. Unfortunately, three cars in the left lane were able to place their orders before us, despite our presence. When we attempted to get the attention of the staff by saying "Hello," we were told that the lane was actually closed and accused of knocking over cones to access it. As a result, they refused to take our order. We did not disrupt any cones or do anything to manipulate the situation. This lack of service is not only disappointing, but also demonstrates a lack of basic human decency. We hope that Chick-fil-A can improve their customer service in the future.
I always love visiting this Chick-fil-A location whenever I'm in Fairview Heights. The food was hot and the service was fantastic. Thank you for another wonderful dining experience! ??
