Pizza Hut - Belleview

Haven't been to this location in while I stopped in today for lunch with my son. It looks like it had a total makeover. What a difference looks much cleaner. We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it was very good.There's definitely Has Been A change. At This location Will be returning, Pizza HutPlease keep the hot honey pizza on the menu.

This place looks dead from outside. That is management's fault. They need to make the sign and grounds look nice so the restaurant doesn't look like it's waiting for someone to buy it and turn it into a Mexican joint.The inside was surprisingly clean, and it appears somebody is trying to do things right, because there was fresh paint, and the upholstery and tables were in good shape. Wouldn't hurt to turn the lights up a little.The menus were squeaky clean. Someone obviously cleans them during business hours. Take note, other restaurants.The food was very good. I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but they make very nice pan pizza and wings. We asked for a well-done pan pizza because Pizza Hut sometimes fails to brown the bottom of the crust, and our pie was great. My wife had BBQ wings and breadsticks. Not my favorites, but they did a good job with them.The cook messed up our pizza toppings, so the waitress left the pizza with us and comped a new one.The waitress was very nice and extremely helpful, but she was pretty much on her own. She bounced around like a pinball because this restaurant is understaffed. I think she would shine in a place where she got more support. She clearly wanted to do a great job for us instead of just waddling around waiting to go home.I gave 5 stars for service based on what the waitress TRIED to do in a difficult situation.The carpeting could have been cleaner, and the same was true of the men's room, which was out of towels, but this is what happens when you don't have enough employees.The food was crazy expensive, but that's normal in the Biden era. At least we don't get mean tweets while we descend into poverty and chaos.If they hire more people and liven up the outside, this place should do well. I will definitely go back. The problems are minor, and cleanliness and good food always bring return business.

Had the buffet Pizza slices was cut to kids size. They were hard and cold and they said they were not bringing out anymore. Pepperoni are meat pizzas.

Was not enjoyable at all. My husband and I were looking forward to the buffet and all they had was a few pizzas and pasta but no salad.

This location set up an interview with my 16 year old son for a Saturday. We showed up promptly on Saturday just to be told that there was no manager available and to come back on Sunday. We showed up promptly again on Sunday, and the manager took one look at my son and told him they are not hiring (even though they have several openings listed online and they set up an interview). I feel like my son was racially profiled against, and we will no longer support this location.
