On top of the delayed se... read more As a DUKN aficionado this locations service proved to be quite disappointing. Much longer than average wait for response at drive-thru. On top of the delayed service the staff member repeated our order back in the most purposely ignorant sounding manner. Arrived at the window to again wait way much longer than usual to receive our order. Beverages were fine but service was rude and horrible.

When I arrived at the speaker, the staff didn’t mention that they were out of half my order. After waiting another 15 minutes in line, I finally reached the window only to be told they didn’t have any whipped cream. Really? That could have been communicated earlier! None of my four drinks came with whipped cream, my avocado toast was cold, and they overlooked part of my order. It seems they can't read order details. I had to get back in line to rectify the missing items. This was a waste of my time and hard-earned money! This is the third time I've encountered a lack of whipped cream here. It's disappointing that they continue to advertise it and charge the same amount for less product. This feels like fraud!

This has happened three times now, so it’s not just a one-time issue. My avocado toast was cold, and they also forgot half of my order, so I had to go back to the restaurant. Overall, my experience here has been very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard-earned money at this location.
