I gave this rating because my food was great but I there was a girl in the window who accept my payment and was very polite and helpful but there was a guy that... read more I gave this rating because my food was great but I there was a girl in the window who accept my payment and was very polite and helpful but there was a guy that came to the window behind her and was very rushing and rude I even pointed it out it didn?t make a difference..... thanks again to the lady with the curly hair she was very helpful and polite I don?t have a name for her because there was no name tag.... it was this morning around 8:45

On top of the delayed se... read more As a DUKN aficionado this locations service proved to be quite disappointing. Much longer than average wait for response at drive-thru. On top of the delayed service the staff member repeated our order back in the most purposely ignorant sounding manner. Arrived at the window to again wait way much longer than usual to receive our order. Beverages were fine but service was rude and horrible.

One of them mentio... read more While the Dunkin' food and coffee are excellent, I visited this evening to find two girls behind the counter overwhelmed and getting slammed. One of them mentioned they've been nonstop for two hours with no assistance, and I witnessed them becoming so stressed they were close to tears. What really shocked me was seeing a few roaches scurry around behind the food prep station. Having worked here before, it’s disheartening to see that the situation has only gotten worse. Despite the appealing menu, the service and cleanliness need serious improvement.

However, I find it absolutely ridiculous that a medium iced coffee now costs $3.24—an increase of a whole dollar overnight, which is an enormous jump for coffee. Another issue is that they keep your change, even if it’s just a penny. I would gladly leave a tip, but assuming they can keep my change is absurd. This Dunkin’ location seems to be the only one with such significant price hikes, despite all being owned by HARP in Marion County. I used to enjoy Dunkin’ every day for over 45 years, but now I’ve stopped coming because of their greed.
