Mcdonald's - Belleview

While this earlier the worse mcdonalds it is slowly transformed into my favorite mcdonalds after the upgrade. I go here often and always be served immediately, eat fresh. I think the new management has really brought this place to new level. I rarely have a problem here, and the mcdonalds app makes it even easier to order food quickly and correctly. as the one time that I did not order on the app, the cashier made my burger order for a chicken order wrong. Apart from that, this place consistently fulfills my expectations.

I find it super sad that these employees don 't even have to take the order they still can 't get it right to save their sorry behinds. They should all be fired replaced with robots. ASAP. The food is terrible. The service is worse. You think they could read a list put the order in a bag... Nope. Bottom of the barre. Right here folks. All in one lousy establishment. Fine dining prices for dollar store clearanced food.

Awesome polite service and friendliness! The lady that took the money and the young lady that gave us the food were great ambassadors for McDonalds! Thank you so much! Plus the food was great!

No wonder this McDonald's has such low ratings. This McDonald's had me sitting in spot 3 for over 15 minutes this afternoon for my 10 piece meal. When I went inside they all acted surprised, no one was getting my meal together or even knew I was outside waiting. When I tried to call in (twice) no answer, surprise surprise. All the Manager could say was sorry as you can see we are busy.....NOT. not even a little busy. What a joke

I work at McDonald's, so I have a good understanding of how things should operate, and the Belleview location doesn't meet those standards. The staff there were not friendly or polite; I even overheard them joking around instead of focusing on their work. Additionally, they didn't fill my large cup all the way. I was charged $2.24 for a single drink, which seems excessive considering it only costs about a dollar at my location. I understand that prices can vary by area, but this seemed unreasonable. I also didn't get everything I wanted because their machine was down. If they can make frappes, they should be able to make smoothies since it's the same equipment. Overall, I ended up spending more than I planned without receiving proper service or my full order.
