But not all fusion is better than its component parts The huge buffet all you can eat for about 20E seemed good value especially if one spent a few hours eating oysters But industrial food fit for a Toyota assembly plant with industrial lighting is not appetising. A la carte sushi was fine but will this cuisine appeal to French.Not for grandemere I fear Service was eager but not experienced Needs more local market research
Had dinner here after calling 15 mins before to put a reservation. Their service was friendly and well mannered (poured our beers and soya sauce). Staff speaks french, English and mandarin.
Very nice team and the sushi was delicious. They gave us two extra pieces, really nice.
Very authentic, food made fresh on the spot looked and tasted amazing. The soup was my absolute highlight. Hoping to be back! Merci bcp. All the best
