Whenever I get the chance to visit Belle Vernon, I usually stop by this restaurant. I love their pizza, especially the amazing crust. During my last visit, I ordered a large paprika pizza but was a bit disappointed to find only one piece of pepperoni on each slice, and some slices had none at all. The dough is clean and crisp. I am exploring different types of dough and ovens. The pizza here is tasty, but I think they should use a different dough and temperature on slower days.
