Jersey Mike's Subs - Bellaire

Had to get my weekly Jersey Mikes, today it was the #9 Club Supreme. As usual the employees were all friendly and the sandwich was delicious! Go get your Jersey Mikes today!

My problem is the sandwiches are pretty good but they've noticedly went up on their price and for them to ask for a tip when you're cashing out I feel like it should be the proper thing to say thank you when you're leaving a tip!

Rude, slow, inattentive and I almost forgot to mention rude. Just drive a little further and go to the Kirby location.

The staff is super friendly. I’ve had every single item on the menu. It’s absolutely delicious and fresh! My only sandwich shop to go to, never a disappointment.You know you are a regular when they call you by your name. I love supporting local business owners. Today I didn’t pay, I was like wow, why not? I was told you are a regular. I gave it 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First, I wasn't paying attention and didn’t realize they had already sliced my sandwich. When I unwrapped it to eat, it fell apart and made quite a mess all over my clothes and the table. While I accept part of the blame, given the size of the sandwich and the lack of clear instructions on how it was prepared, I felt it was a reasonable issue to point out. Even though I made a mess, I would have expected someone from the staff to come by and help clean up or at least check in on me, but no one did, leaving me surrounded by a pile of lettuce while I ate. Secondly, I'm still unsure about the "Mike's Way" option. When I was ordering, the staff member asked if I wanted it that way, and I was quite confused and had to ask for clarification. There was a sign hanging low that explained it, but I didn't notice it initially. I decided to try it "Mike's Way," and while it was an improvement from my last visit, it still made my sandwich a bit wetter and drippier than I'd prefer. I think it's crucial for stores to provide clear guidance for new customers to enhance their experience. Overall, the staff was friendly, the store was clean, and there was plenty of parking outside. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch!
