What User doesn't like about Jax Grill South Rice:
The restaurant needs to improve their customer service. Today, the fries I was served were hard and burnt, showing a lack of attention from the person who prepared my plate. It was disappointing to start my meal feeling upset. View all feedback.
That was great. my order was late, but the server wanted to put it up and I told her it was in order. the place has a cool feeling that is decorated away. it could be packed during the lunchtime, but if there are a few minutes ahead, they will avoid the rush.
Excellent food and service for a great price! I ordered to-go for a group of 11, and the order came out perfectly and right on time. Will definitely be returning!
My go to place for chicken fried steak and onion rings. fried mushrooms are good too.and has an extensive menu for others not so inclined

Not as good as it once was. 13.99 for 6 shrimp (Not Fresh more taste like frozen) batter was good with a side of fries. The people that work there are very friendly! Very good service the food is just not a match for the nice people that work there.
