no very smooth operation. One-person operation with long line (20min waiting) on a juni mid-week hot afternoon. vegan choice not marked. has vegan pistachios, ananas, lemon, mango and maybe 2-3 others. no chocolate taste. icecream is pretty sweet, would not buy again. there are half dozen ice cream parlors in bellagio. the one closer to the ferry (1min walk from this shop) also has some vegan choices. Very delicious vegan gelato! Pistachio, Matcha Tea and many of the Friut flavors are vegan. Even the cones are vegan. Vegan flavors are barely marked, you should ask the staff (speaks good English)
I was SO happy when I saw this! I thought I’d never find vegan ice cream on lake como but i did and it was brilliant!!! It was average ice cream in a pot, but nonetheless I still came back later that day for more ice cream! Definitely recommend if you’re on lake como
Solid limone gelato. Tasted like frozen lemonade, which is the goal. I thought they had a good array of flavors, a good price (2e for a small) and good efficiency. They do not allow samples.
Super range of flavours and not expensive. Really delicious gelato and available in a cup or in a cone.
Best Gelato we’ve tried around Lake Como. We went back 4 times! Gluten Free/Coeliac friendly was given ice cream from a fresh batch with a clean scoop. Delicious. Try strawberries and cream or hazelnut and cream together.
