The service was phenomenal (Mario is the best they make you feel at home, as they’re super friendly and familiar. They’re also amazing at recommending food the black tagliatelle is heavenly! The view is also divine (as was the wine)! BY FAR the best restaurant we tried in Bellagio!!!

There were spiders and cobwebs in th... read more The hotel is very good, but it has some points that should have been better. The cleanliness of our room was not very good. There were spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom and it was a big problem for us, as my fiancè is arachnophobic. Besides, the floor was only cleaned where we could see it. Under the bed and under the air conditioner there was a lot of dust and some insects. Overall our stay was nice. Breakfast is amazing! The lake view is a privilege and all the employers were really nice and thoughtful. Would recommend it, but cleanliness was truly a disappointment.
