This Starbucks franchise is fairly typical. The service was fast and efficient. It's a great spot for catching up with friends, discussing business, or taking a break from shopping. It can get crowded as people tend to stay for a long time, so seating availability depends on the time of day. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are top-notch, with tables being promptly cleaned. What Joyce H doesn't like about Starbucks:
Starbucks Reserve at Tropicana Garden Mall. Very nice interior exterior but poor Internet connection makes the experience very unpleasant indeed. Celcom line got 1 bar only. They better switch to another internet provider as you will have to wait up to 45 mins to get your take away n they will ask for cash as u cannot use any payment apps. View all feedback.

What a surprise to see a mini Starbucks bar located inside a bookstore. The sofa seats here are so da comfortable. Make sure to come early to occupy one as the seats are limited .
Can be quite busy even during weekday. One of the few stores providing reserve coffee. They don't always keep the same reserve beans and one blend could be better than the other, subject to individual palate profile. Tasted Hawaii Ka'u and Panama blends. Personally i prefer Jamaica, which is not available here. The lady incharge of the Reserve section is super friendly.
Perfect place for quick lunch, huge cup of coffee and peace quiet. This place felt spacious and comfortable to hang out. I don’t mind to do my work or study here.
Staff had missed one of the order and had to wait for it to be prepared. The store was not crowded at the time. Drinks somewhat made up for the disappointment the Reserve line serves smooth, delectable coffee. Had better customer experience in Reserve stores in BKK and SIN. Ambience is good but staff could be more alert on the orders.
