Heaven <br/ <br/ Bad: Fresh seafood section was bad. Sad looking scallop and not fresh lobster prawns. <br/ <br/ It’s really packed during CNY. There’s yee sang available. Considering it a 5 star hotel restaurant, most of the foods were mediocre at best. On top of that, they weren't fresh, been served out far too long. Desserts especially were a big disappointment, they looked unappetizing n tasted cheap. Not recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth. Another thing was drinks selection. I had never been to any buffet drinking glasses and glasses of plain water alone, no fresh fruit juices or milk, just coffee and drinking water. Also, can't find tissue paper anywhere.

After requesti... read more Our recent visit to this restaurant was not very pleasant. Initially, we were seated at a table for two even though there were four in our party. After requesting a change, we were able to be seated at a more appropriate table. The food quality was poor and there was no effort made to refill empty trays. This lack of refills continued throughout the evening, even by 7:30pm and still persisted until almost 9pm. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering we had dined at the restaurant multiple times before. In terms of service and food quality and selection, this visit was the worst we have had.
