It's actually all good. They just tend to be a bit slow because they are always busy. Could use more workers at times but that seems to be the case with most places these days. View all feedback.

If you want to have your order incorrect at every visit, this is the place. Not a time here that I haven't had to have some issue resolved or get home with the wrong items. It's a skill really. View all feedback.
Awful experience! Threw away the food! I pulled up to the window, ordered 2 crunchy tacos, 2 bean burritos, 2 soft tacos, and a large baja blast, and lots of hot sauce. When my payment was processed i look at the receipt I noticed there was a taco missing. i let the team member know, he seemed frustrated and gave me a glare then took my card charged me again for another taco. He then handed me a shake, and i was confused. I said i ordered a large baja blast, he said that is a large , i emphasized a large baja blast soda. he frustratingly grabbed it from me and gave me a glare. He then returned and gave me a large baja blast soda 3/4 filled. I look at him and said uhhh, really , the team member huffed gave me a glare and mumbled something under his breath i couldn 't completelty understand. I asked him what I did for him to treat me the way he was, he began arguing with me. At that point a manager came over and began defending him. When i arrived home, i opened the food up and it was disgusting and dripping with some gross liquid like substance. There were 3 packets of medium sauce included i ordered 6 items and a drink, asking for lots of hot sauce. Very Disappointed in the whole experience.

45 minutes. That 's how long we waited in the drive thru.About 10 minutes in, my husband and I noticed the line wasn 't moving but it was too late to back out. Literally. There were already four other cars behind us.We arrived at 7:20 pm and got to the pick up window at 8:04 pm. The woman at the window took our payment and handed us a bag of Cinnabon delights without as much as a thanks for coming . In fact, she shut the window so fast we couldn 't remind her that she forgot to give us our double berry freeze. My husband had to knock on the window and we had to wait another 5 minutes for someone else to open it while the original person was still standing right behind the glass!And did I mention the freeze we got was a size smaller than what we ordered? Honestly, I was so annoyed that it didn 't matter anymore. All I wanted was to get as far away from this place as possible.I imagine the patrons inside were even more frustrated than we were. A gentleman who walked in at the same time we pulled into the drive thru, probably thinking it would be quicker, left just right before we did. The angry faces in the dining area made me slightly grateful I was in the comfort of my own car.The best thing about our experience was the entire podcast episode we were able to finish while we waited...

They messed up my order, didn't realize tell l got home and opened the wrapped taco that it was the wrong one. Also, there was hair in my food, l know it happens but turns my stomach and makes me avoid places for a good while. (It was in my taco and not the color of my hair, so l know it was not mine)
