We experienced several disappointing wrong orders and noticed some employees acting overwhelmed and cranky, which can happen sometimes. However, our last visit was the final straw. The young man taking orders at the drive-thru was inexplicably angry, rude, and almost aggressive while simply handling a straightforward Dunkin' menu order. His behavior was some of the most bizarre I’ve ever seen from an employee anywhere. We even considered leaving mid-order because of how rude he was, but we were hungry and shocked. I was polite throughout, yet he kept snapping "Is that it?" after every 5 or 6 items we ordered, sounding rushed and irritated. When I tried to let him know there would be a few more items, he responded with a frustrated snort. My teenage kids couldn’t believe what we were dealing with – all at a drive-thru! The food was ultimately inedible because it was so undercooked. In over 30 years of using drive-thrus, I’ve never had an experience like this. A young woman took our money at the window, and I was kind, but after a long wait, a young man suddenly threw a bag of food at us with a clenched fist and a strange look on his face. We sat in stunned silence, wondering if this had really just happened. Suddenly, both kids were spitting out mouthfuls of food out the windows in the back seat—teenagers who have eaten some pretty awful stuff before! They couldn’t eat anything, apologized, and chugged drinks to wash out the taste. My sandwich was wrong and suspiciously soggy, and one of theirs was not only incorrect but also undercooked. We just can’t come back after this.

We've had several issues with incorrect orders and noticed some unfriendly interactions with the staff, who often appeared overwhelmed. We decided to give it another chance, but our last visit was the breaking point. The young man taking our order at the drive-thru was inexplicably angry and rude, bordering on aggressive, while we were just placing a simple Dunkin Donuts order. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever encountered, and we won't be returning.
