The wait time for orders is ridiculous. The restaurant never answers the phone. Don't bother ordering from here. It's a complete waste of time, effort, and money. I would share a photo, but the food never arrived so I can't.
I ordered and paid for my food on Uber Eats at 10:30 PM. It is now 1:20 AM and my food still hasn't arrived. Despite multiple requests for updates and phone calls to the restaurant being told it was on its way, I have yet to receive my order. This is unacceptable.
Absolutely shocking service. Lied to me about how long delivery would be. Waiting over 2 hours for a kebab and I rang to see where it was, guy said he will check with driver and hung up the phone and now they won’t answer my calls. Shocking service. Avoid this place at all costs
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, I will definitely be coming back again.
Absolute disgusting from the moment I ordered food from here i got given a time for it to be delivered then my order got delayed by 20 minutes , almost an hour after the delayed time the order turned up and it was the wrong order so I mentioned this to the driver and he said he would be back and he never turned back up so I rang the restraunt and there was no answer , then I rang the next day and was spoken to like a piece of rubbish because I left my review on just eat about my experience he was shouting down the phone saying he doesn't care about the customer and because I left my review he wouldn't do anything about my order and put the phone down I will not be ordering from here again
