Recently renovated and very popular, this cafe had a great vibe. The coffee was really well made. The all day breakfast menu items offer something for everyone. The bacon and egg Turkish roll I ordered had a lot going for it and the carrot cake was also decent. I would definitely go back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sheoak Cafe:
Came here for lunch with a friend. I ordered the Greek breakfast with gluten-free toast which was okay (I've had better elsewhere) and she ordered a bacon and eggs on ciabatta which came with 1 small piece of bacon. The service could do with a shake-up (smile at your customers please) and the decor needs either cleaning really well or throwing out and starting again. Sheoak caffe has a great choice of vegan options and are always happy to make their meals vegan, the pricing of their foods corresponds to the experience and quality of the food. the clear in the hills is beautiful and the caffe has an amazing atmosphere! the personal is absolutely amazing, I would leave a 5-star rating if happy cow would leave me. well done and the best!
Love the vibe at this cozy cafe. Service is friendly. The pumpkin was nice but the burger was almost dripping in grease. Good variety of foods available. Coffee is good. Love the fireplace. Easy parking at the back of cafe.
The Sheoak is a great cafe. We are frequent customers on our very regular visits from Canberra to visit our son and have been here 5 times in the past week. The ambience is great, it’s warm and friendly, the food is excellent and they obviously have a locked in regular clientele. However, today Wed 22 March at lunch time the staff continued to play totally inappropriate modern music very loudly in spite of our numerous requests to lower the volume. Looking around, it’s not that kind of crowd esp mid week when everyone is like us, lots of older people, retirees I suspect. It was an annoying aspect to what is otherwise a great venue.
