Excellent food and service the cost is a bit on the high side, but it is worth it. We tried the goat cheese starter and the beef teriyaki as the main dish and the special desert of the cook was the macaron. Enjoy your visit! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ash By Eddy Diab:
Slightly disappointed. Went there for a date and was expecting a fine dining experience. The restaurant is located within an old building and finishing works and decorations at some areas seemed cheap compared to the price of the place. In as much as food is concerned, we ordered two of the chef creations, the pain perdu of duck confits and fruit chutney and the chicken beklava with brie cheese and dry beach. These w... If you are looking to eat great food prepared with passion and love, then this is the place!! Cosy and romantic! Perfect for a date night or small group. The boss Eddy does an amazing job, his staff is very friendly and friendly. Amazing food, absolute must visit!! Very recommend the duck, it was perfectly cooked and the presentation was nice. The boss preps all the food with care and attention. Definitely, all restaurants should run the same.
Work discreetly, behind the scenes, no coughs or fumes about your project, keep it a secret like a pregnant lady during her first three months, and then, if you are ready, just throw the bombastic fantastic message! So I can imagine that Salt was designed by Chef Eddy! On the back of Monot, a discrete sign shows you the way. Snow-covered mountains on which the word Salt is made. And right there, in the middle, a door that invites you to be guided away on a journey of discovery, tease your palate and your senses. Let me first say that it was a happy birthday for me, which will be detailed in a contribution by itself, but what made the difference is the sweetness of Chef Eddy, who opened the restaurant on Monday night to give me my wish. Eddy, I can never thank you enough. And the sweetness and good moods are distributed in the restaurant, from the floor manager to the waiters. The house has been restored in a way to make it fresh with blue and white shades, inviting you to comfort and enjoy your meal. A sniffing look at the cook who works his creation behind the counter and gives a window to the kitchen. A large wooden table with bread, glasses and cookbooks. And a bar in a corner of the ground floor. Climb some stairs, another ambience even warmer like a living room with couches and a balcony with rocky rough walls softened by lights and tables. This could be perfectly booked for large group to have a private dinner in a room dedicated only to them. Attention to details goes also into the bathroom, handles shaped as cutlery: spoons, forks and knives! Creativity best! What counts, Fooood; The bread basket; warm as welcome, with delicious butter and balm for those who want. We ordered: Onion soup: large hearty bowl of soup and two cheese toasts: balanced flavors, a good way to start a meal on a rainy Eve. salmon stars; over a bed of lenses, decorated with slices of fresh tuna, and a special piece of makdous: a burst of taste in your mouth! Red quinoa and shrimp salad: generously served and consumed! Grilled Calamari and again, work on the marriage of flavors is the key word for this dinner. Risotto, a creamy, chewing and with champignons, loved it; oh and remember that the Parmesan tulle crown the dish! Not your regular meatballs We shredded entrecote meatballs oven cooked and one side of fries. Speechless! I carefully selected the title; Salt was cute! Chef Eddy has actually pampered the birthday child: The Surprise du Koch : melt a dome of chocolate before you come with pouring hot chocolate and there the surprise await you: strawberries on a mountain of rice pudding. Chef, you're artists! My birthday cake was Cannelloni filled with white chocolate and a sweet wish I would never have thought that a regular dinner could result. Thank you infinitely and I will come back to explore the menu that hides its treasures and the art of cooking properly made by a master! Even without salt feed is tasteless;

They take the open kitchen concept to an entirely new level. As you walk in you see Chef Eddy Diab in the kitchen preparing and carefully decorating the plates. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as for the food nothing can be said besides that it was a mouthwatering memorable experience.
Dinner was pure delight from start till end to celebrate special occasion . The dishes were nicely presented and very appealing . The grilled calamari was fresh and tasty. The mozzarella millefeuille was served with sweet tomato confit . Both beef teriyaki and smoked filet were juicy , tender , flavorful , smoky due to the herbs and cooking technique .l preferred the baby potato over the mashed ones though ... portion is fulfilling and since i m cutting on desserts only reason i skipped it ... till next time . Ps: only thing i would change is music playing oldies i felt it did not suit much the concept of this dinning experience ...
