Evolve is nice little coffee shop and restaurant in downtown Bega and one of the funkier places I've visited in the area Good food; indie music.
I love the food at this cafe always fresh and full of flavour, great portions and reasonably priced. You should never miss the absolutely fabulous coffee while you are there.

Had to enjoy a raisin toast with a homemade jam ‘twas a fig and fennel this week), with a hot, thick chocolate and a vanilla milkshake for the little ranger. A great space, with herb garden and seating under a nascent palm tree. Worth a visit.
