Has always been a nice quick Tim Hortons. Like the layout and they carry my favourite, the cheese biscuits. Probably staffing issues but the garbage cans are frequently overflowing even before they are overrun with the kids on their lunch hour. I've never had a problem with their coffee. Always fresh and hot but I go during regular hours. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Service is slow. It?s always lined up. Do not try mobile order here or you?ll wait all day. Layout of the parking lot is dangerous. The coffee does taste good tho. The difference between 1 and 2 stars. View all feedback.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ordered a bagel with three toppings it came out with one topping. The talent and effort of these employees is pathetic. If the people that work at this place could show a little bit of effort and interest in their job it would make this place 10 times better. I am no doctor but I don't think I need a PhD to make a bagel to what the customer specifies
Not necessarily specific to this location, but it was like this during my visit, there were four people working the drive thru and only one person on cash in restaurant. There were 5 patrons, including myself in line waiting. There was no offer to switch over from one the other employees until another 2 patrons joined the line inside. When it was offered the response from the person working our line was that we were patient so there was no need to help. I can say that the person behind me wasn't to thrilled with her response. I get the need for speed on the drive thru, but when I come into the restaurant because the line up outside is long and have the same length inside but there are extra staff inside standing around not working spread the labour......
Ordered coffees a few times here but didn?t want to write a review. It was pretty hit or miss. A lot of times, my coffees would come with absolutely no sugar. I figured it was at the bottom of the cup and wasn?t stirred properly so I decided to give my coffees a stir each time but it was all for naught. I don?t go to Tim?s for coffee often but the few times that I do, I?d appreciate it if it had some more care put into orders. I?m only giving an extra star because the service was nice and fast.
Always feel rushed when I go through the drive through to the point where one of the ladies actually come off as rude. I forgot to ask for a chocolate milk for my kids, when I asked at the window I was told that they didn't have any but felt like I was being lied to. I then sent my wife inside just to check and like magic she came out with 2 chocolate milks.
Don?t bother if it?s busy. At off-peak times it?s a regular Tim Hortons. If it?s busy you may as well go somewhere else. During lunch the staff completely ignored the in store line for 15 minutes. The woman at the front of the line was in her eighties and using a walker. Every single staff member walked by at some point and completely ignored her.
