Wfm Coffee - Bee Cave

Whole Foods should at least update their hours, I've driven to Whole Foods twice because it says their coffee bar is open. When I get there it says it's closed for the time being. I finally spoke to a manager and they told me that it's closed indefinitely. So please update the hours so people don't waste their time. This establishment has gone downhill since Amazon purchased the brand. Nothing good lasts forever.

Galleria Bee Caves location service desk person could 've been a bit less rude! A gentle 'we can 't do exchanges on incorrect vitamin/beauty products due to COvid is sufficient. Jumping back, throwing up your hands, being curt with your words and making a huge deal and after that display touching my hand??? It matters how things are said.... If I have a choice I will avoid purchasing from this location. It 's a shame as i have done a lot of business there over the years.

So sick right now from this wholefooods, vomiting and all. The only thing my better half didnt eat that I ate in the last few days was chicken soup from wholefoods. I was wondering why the color of the chicken was literally pink. We figured it was safe for me to eat cuz soup cooks for a long time. Wrong. Now I remember that when they get low on chicken I have seem then throw extra in in the past. There was barely any chicken in the soup anyway, it was pretty low, but all the same color pink. I am really very unwell right now. I always shop at wholefoods, but I cant believe how sick their salad/ hot bar has made me. So disappointed. Why should I suffer because of a (or multiple) careless and lazy employee? Especially considering the insane amount of money i spend here yearly.

This is a review/question based on one visit. I happened to be in the Bee Cave area and decided to stop in for the hot food. I noticed the options seemed somewhat lacking compared to other WF locations but wasn't too bothered by this as I tend to fill my plate with mostly salad bar offerings. The customer service was great and lines were not huge (Wednesday, lunch time). The only true downfall for me was with a female customer that intentionally rammed her shopping cart into me (not my cart, me) and then proceeded to act like it was my fault for not noticing she wanted to pass (even though she never muttered a word) So I'm wondering, is this the kind of folks this location attracts? Unhappy housewives? Has anyone else had issues like this here?

I love Whole Foods . The have great products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. I would highly recommend.
